So that you can understand how the order process works here, we have put together this primer on how to complete an order for a website. Understand that once the order is received here we will begin working on it immediately (in most instances), and need as much information about what you want as possible.
You will be billed once the work is completed. If it is a free site with nothing extra, if the information you give us is not correct, and the site is built, even though there is no charge for the site, you will still be charged for changes made after the site is up and live. So read the following CAREFULLY!:
Here is the order process:
- Go to "Order Here" Menu on the right, and choose "Church Website" Link, or click the red "ORDER NOW" button on any page.
- Chose which plan you want and order it through the cart, but do not checkout at this point!
- Find the template that suits your needs, and order it along with any extra features or changes. Some templates have a small charge, because they require adaptation to be used. Add this choice to the cart, and checkout, UNLESS you are going to want to order a Domain Name for your site.
- If you decide that you want to have a domain name, then you need to order this through the cart under "Additional Sitework" on the "Order Here" Menu. To check availability of the domain name that you wish to order: there is a handy place to do this on the right sidebar of this site. The Instruction for ordering a Domain Name are on the Cart Item "Domain Name".
- And finally, check on the Add-Ons to see if you will need any of these components for your use.
- Once this has been added to the cart with the choice of website package, and the template you wish to use, then you are ready to check out. Don't worry, you will not be asked to pay for anything at this point. We just need complete and correct contact information.
- HOLD ON: YOU ARE NOT DONE YET! Once this process is completed, you still need to give us congregation information by going to the Services Menu, and click the "Complete this with all Orders" menu item and give as much information as possible there.
- Now you have done everything you need for us to get started. We will receive this information and begin building your website almost immediately. We may need to contact you by email about any questions, so monitor your email for a while after placing order. You quick response to our question will make the process easy, and fast.
Follow this carefully, and you will have a working website in about a week or less. We do it all of the time.
