My Christian Site has a responsibility to protect each of our clients and provide the best service possible. The My Christian Site customer is expected to have a basic knowledge of how the Internet functions, the types of use which are generally acceptable on the Internet, and the types of use which are to be avoided. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use. Also common sense is the rule when uploading files during high traffic usage times on the Internet. My Christian Site offers space for your site on our servers and has nothing to do whatsoever with your access to reach our servers or the time it takes to upload, etc. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these services.

CONTENT

All services provided by My Christian Site may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes, violation of U.S. export restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking of obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless My Christian Site from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.

NOTE: Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. A few examples of non-acceptable content or links are:

• pirated software
• hacker's programs or archives
• warez sites
• mp3 archives

My Christian Site.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

SERVER RESOURCES

Any web site that uses a high amount of server resources (such as CPU) will be given an option of either paying extra (which depends on the resource needed) or reducing the resource needed to an acceptable level. Misuse of system resources, including but not limited to employing posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space, permitting use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or autoresponders other than for the customer's own account, resale of access to CGI scripts installed on IneedAWebsiteFast.com's servers, or attempting to use a single customer account for third party web sites by allowing more than one domain pointer to be used to reference pages within the customer's site will not be allowed. My Christian Site shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level.

DOMAIN TRANSFER

We will submit an application to transfer your domain to our server.

Your (domain owner) responsibilities:

 You must inform us if you have not received any e-Mail from InterNIC to confirm the transfer of your  domain within 2 days.
 If you did not receive any confirmation email from InterNIC, it may be because your original  administrative e-Mail with InterNIC is:

• no longer valid, or
• misspelled

 It is your responsibility to make sure that the "Administrator" e-Mail address that you register with InterNIC is correctly spelled and current.

Important: The "Administrator" e-Mail address that you register with InterNIC is the only venue by which InterNIC can contact you, and it will be used to confirm your domain transference request. If you misspell this e-Mail address or have changed your e-Mail address without informing InterNIC or My Christian Site, your domain will not be transferred.

Important: My Christian Site will not be responsible for any untransferred domain due to invalid or incorrectly spelled e-Mail with InterNIC. If your e-Mail is not a valid e-Mail or your domain didn't get transferred within 7 days, you must contact us to let us know about this problem for further assistance.

Note: My Christian Site service will start from the day that we set up your site, regardless of whether or not your domain gets transferred.

CANCELLATION

If you change your mind after you have completed an order and and e-mail has been sent to you confirming such, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, since work may be started immediately after you send your order confirmation to us.  Just send an e-mail to:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  and give us you confirmation number from you invoice, and you will not be billed.  Once we have submitted a bill through U.S. mail to your congregations address, then we cannot cancel our agreement, since the work has been completed, even with a free site, this takes time and effort.  Requests for canceling accounts may be made in writing and sent to:

EXCESSIVE BANDWIDTH USAGE

The monthly bandwidth allowance is listed on your Plan's Feature Page. We will monitor your bandwidth as necessary and will notify you if your traffic is exceeding your allowance.  Sites that exceed the traffic limits will be charged $5.00 per Gigabyte per month over the monthly allotment for the Plan the customer has opted.
