Q: If we decide to hou you host the re-make of our site, how do I transfer it from you old hosting company to YOU?
A: We offer turnkey solutions - that means we will do all of the work for you.  We wan you to concentrate on what you do best!

Q: Why is a Website so important to a church?
A: People may have in the past looked in the yellow pages, or even looked for building for a church home.  Now they will go online.  Just as you need a sign outside your building, you need A GOOD website.  People do not browse for websites they search for them.  Your website will not be found unless you spend some time marketing and optimizing to insure it can be found.  Your website is a focal point for information and contact. Encourage your website to be referred.

Q: Is a Website time consuming?
A: It can be a one time thing, unless things change, like your address or changes in leadership. To as much time as you want, because content is very important to have any visitors come and stay a while, and for you to provide a service to those who visit.

Q: I don't have a domain name yet, can you get that for me?
A: Yes. We can register a domain name for you. The cost is $8.99/year.

Q: Do I need to know HTML and all that kind of stuff to have a Website?
A: Not necessarily. If you use our advanced content Management systems (comes with all plans except BASIC) you don't need to. You will need to get the hang of the Control Panel, but there is online help available.

Q: If I go over on my bandwidth do you automatically bump me up to the next package?
A: No. It is very seldom a customer goes over on bandwidth mainly because our packages have so much of it! for example, the WebMaster package has 10GB of monthly traffic. That's about 450,000 page views / month! You need a pretty busy website to get that many page views every month.

Q: Do you host any adult content or porn sites?
A: Absolutely not!

Q: Do you place banners or place anything on my site?
A: No. We do not add banners to your site. You have full control, 24/7 of your site content. There will be either a small Graphic or text link to our service.  Our prices are so low, that we need plenty of business to pay for everything.

Q: I want you to host my site, how do I get started?
A: First select the web hosting plan you want. Then click the appropriate Order button. Complete the order form and submit that to us. Once we receive the order, we'll get the account setup and email you back the necessary details you need to get started.

Q: I don't have a domain name yet, can you get that for me?
A: Yes. We can register a domain name for you. The cost is $6.99/year.

Q: I already have a domain name. Can you still host my site?
A: Yes. Once we receive your order, we'll provide you with the Name Server information, and you can update that or you can request us to do that for you, to get the domain pointed to our servers. If you don't want that expense (Only $6.99 a year for .net,.com, or .org) then you will automatically recieve a subdomain (ie: yourchurch.mychristiansite.net)

Q: My church doesn't have a credit card. Can you invoice the church?
A: Yes. When you select an annual plan, we will invoice the church there is no option to pay with a credit card.  We can trust you.

Q: How much is the setup fee?
A: There is a one time setup fee of $75.00,  This reduces the cost of subsequent annual costs, since we do not include that expense in the annual cost as many hosting companies do.

Q: After I order, how soon can I start uploading/publishing my site?
A: Generally you'll be able to start uploading/publishing to the IP we assign you within an hour.

Q: Can I use FrontPage or Dreamweaver to publish my site?
A: No. You do not need any HTML Editor or FTP program.  It is all built into your site, and you can access it with your web browser.  You do not need to have any other programs.

Q: Do I have to use Frontpage?
A: No. See above answer.

Q: Can I host a site that is not ministry related, such as a business or personal site?
A: Yes, you can. But keep in mind that we specialize in christian ministries, and any site that needs an ecommerce solution can increase the costs, even though you maintain it yourselves.

Q: Do I have to provide the 501(c)(3) documentation to get these discounted prices for my ministry related site?
A: Generally, we do not require it, because the domain name, or content would let us know it was ministry related.
